Chocolate Chip Cupcake

Baking cupcakes came into my mind as the easiest attempt for a virgin baker. Here is the result of my first so-called successful attempt at baking using my first newly bought oven.

Ingredients:
150 g butter - softened
150 g castor sugar
175 g self-raising sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g chocolate chips

Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Line a 12 cup cake pan with cup cake papers. Crack the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork. Beat the butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy. Add in eggs and flour alternately and mix well. Add the Choc Chips and mix through. Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
