This recipe was adapted from Nestle recipe booklet.
Ingredients:
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking power
3/4 cup NESTLE wheat + milk infant cereal
150 g butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon essence of vanilla
1/2 cup milk
Method:
Sift flour and baking power together. Sitr in NESTLE wheat + milk infant cereal. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Stir in egg and essence. Fold in flour mixture alternatively into patty tins to 3/4 full, spread evenly. Bake in preheated 180C oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

These muffins were specially baked for my 2 children as they contain Nestle cereals and they enjoyed it.

Banana Cinnamon Muffins
Thanks to Hugbear for sharing this recipe. It has the right taste and moist. Simply delicious. Even my mum who is such a good cook said it's good.
Here is the recipe:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter
70 grams brown sugar
70 grams castor sugar
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
6 tablespoons UHT milk
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix until smooth. Stir in milk and mashed banana and mix well.
3. Fold in flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until combined.
4. Fill the muffin tins two-thirds of the way full.
5. Bake in a preheated 170C for 25 minutes.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins
This recipe was adopted from Homecooking. Here my sweet little helper having fun placing the chocolate chip on the muffins.

Preparation:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate (about)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate (about)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter until well blended. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine flour with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture along with milk. Mix well. Spoon into the muffin tins. Press chocolate chips into the center of each muffins. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
