Ingredients:
500 gm Chicken Drumstick/ Maryland (deboned)
Marinade ingredients:
Lemon juice
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Sauce
2 tbsp HP sauce
2 tbsp honey
6 pips farlic
1/2 cup cooking oil
A dash of pepper
Salt to taste
Method
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl
2. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes
3. Heat a shallow pan with oil and fry chicken until cooked on both side.
